It's your lucky day if you are looking to buy a house and you discover that Michael Caracappa is the real estate agent representing the seller. At the negotiating stage he was fair and very knowledgeable of the in a and outs of the local market. As we moved towards signing a contract and scheduling the closing, he was a distance past efficient, and he fielded some complicated issues involving zoning and multiple details in the contract that my lawyer had strong feelings about.
